Chinese internet dating App Soul Seeks to increase $100 Million in U.S. IPO
Tencent-backed social media app operator Soulgate Inc. is trying to raise a short target of $100 million in an offering that is public the U.S., gambling investors will agree with the development tale of the networking features even while it continues to generate losses.
Soulgate, whose dating and chatting app Soul targets grownups under 30, on Monday filed its prospectus in front of a fully planned listing on the Nasdaq, saying it might invest the profits primarily on developing its synthetic cleverness, big information ability and technology infrastructure, in addition to brand name advertising and marketing tasks to develop its individual base.
