The QoL variable was measured through the European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions questionnaire in three levels (EQ-5D-3L) (EuroQol, 2017), composed of five items that respond to five dimensions (Mobility, Self-care, Daily activities, Pain or Discomfort, Depression or Anxiety), with three levels of response (absence, moderate presence, and severe presence).
