5 1. That the commitment of all artists within the meaning of the point (T2) is subject to the provisions of this agreement and is carried out on the agreed form of engagement. 2. These obligations are not offered to any artist for television productions to which this agreement does not apply, except under the conditions agreed between the manufacturer and the Union. clause (T4) UNION ENTREPRISES AND ARTISTS THAT TAKE the Union and artists; 1. to accept, respect and comply with the provisions of this agreement. 2. Artists best interpret their parties and provide, as part of their respective engagement with the manufacturer, all the services required under this agreement, in a manner that the manufacturer can direct and, subject to the relevant provisions of this agreement, to the periods and places that the manufacturer may require, if any. (3) Artists keep the manufacturer informed of its current addresses and phone numbers during a first or second call. Clause (T5) ENGAGEMENTS 1. All individual artists are engaged in the form of commitment agreed between the Association and the Union, which is only available in the offices of the Association and the Union. The form of the undertaking must not contain any conditions or provisions other than those in the appropriate form of the undertaking, unless specific provisions are provided because of the exceptional requirements of a particular commitment.

These particular provisions must not contain provisions less favourable to the artist than those contained in this agreement and in the appropriate form of engagement. (2) Those of art. For example, the day-to-day payment (s) of commitment and production set by the artist must not be less than the minimum agreed between the association and the Union. The kind. and artists` funds must indicate the payments on which additional uses must be based and indicate all acquired rights. Additional uses are made on the basis of the artist`s total revenue, without payments for the sampling days clause (T14), overtime clause (T22) and payments under the second call clause (T18), with the exception of stand photos for use in production, pre-recorded sound and receipt for completion of the artist party. 5 15 3. The artist`s payment for each episode, segment or installment is the sum of the artist`s engagement fee, divided by the number of episodes, segments or slices in which their performance is set up.

This is subject to a minimum guarantee for the artist`s engagement costs per episode, segment or slice for Category A and B productions of at least the artist`s form of engagement in each case if the producer has the right to incorporate the artist`s performance into more than one episode, segment or production slice. Clause (T10) SPECIAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO SCHOOLS AND ADULT EDUCATION PRODUCTIONS This special scheme applies to schools and adult productions that are transferred as part of the educational service of British broadcasters. Artists must be engaged on a network basis, whether the production is intended for regional transmission or the network.
